No. It starts once the deposit is paid and your intake, content, assets, and required account access are complete.

Is the site live within 12 hours?

The 12-hour promise covers your complete first draft. Public launch can depend on outside providers, including domain propagation, account reviews, verification, and platform approvals.

Do I need to write the website copy?

No. You give us accurate information about your business, services, service area, what sets you apart, and your preferred tone. We turn it into website copy for your approval.

What Stripe setup is included?

The five-page package includes Stripe Checkout or a payment-link integration. Custom catalogs, carts, subscriptions, or full ecommerce need separate scoping.

What counts as a minor revision?

Replacing an image, correcting text, or adjusting an approved headline. New pages, new functionality, redesigns, and changed requirements fall outside the included revision round.

Who owns the website?
